Khubaib Hussain - Real Estate Property Manager and Owner
A resident of Douglasville, Georgia, Khubaib Hussain began his career as a business owner after operating a 7-Eleven for two years starting in 1992. Since this time, Khubaib Hussain has opened and operated multiple commercial property management companies.
In 1997, Khubaib Hussain started Windy Hill Enterprises, a company that oversees gas stations and retail strip mall rentals. He manages daily operations, and budgeting, and ensures compliance with safety and business regulations. After launching Windy Hill Enterprises, he opened Moreland, Inc. in 1999, a company that manages a gas station and nearby rental units.
In 2015, Mr. Hussain became the owner of KUASI Properties and ASI Enterprises. At KUASI, he oversees the operations and finances, handles tenant contracts, and vendor coordination, and maintains the properties of retail rental units. At ASI Enterprises, he is in charge of the leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, finances, rent collection, and legal compliance of the property management company.
Outside of his role as a business owner and property manager, Mr. Hussain enjoys international travel to Monaco, Switzerland, Italy, and places with natural landscapes. His other interests are fitness, exploring nature, fine cuisine, and visiting family.
